Can I cancel and change my order?Every order is allowed a 24 hour cancelation option guarantee. Once an order is submitted passed the cancelation option term it cannot be changed or canceled.

How do you purchase products?Create an account with us to get full access to all available products, payment plans, and more.

Haven't received tracking number?It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the postal carrier websites and/or within your account.

Can orders be tracked?Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it's in transit.

Is there a return policy?Returns are valid for period of 30 to 60 days. Each product will come with its own return period listed on the order and receipt form. Read our return policy in full detail, it is delivered and attached to every purchase.

How do you create an account?On the top left of the page you will find the Full Access link. Use the link to send us a direct message about your interest in creating the account and which products you'd like more information about. Quotes are also available with client account.
